AM 820 News original programs live from the Sunshine Summit
June 28, 2018 – (ORLANDO, Fla.) – As this week’s Sunshine Summit began on Thursday afternoon, there were a lot of familiar faces. Republican candidate for governor Adam Putnam was highly visible, with candidate and Congressman Ron DeSantis scheduled to arrive later in the day in Orlando.
Among the familiar faces were the hosts of AM 820 News Tampa Bay, AM 1060 Space Coast and 98.3 FM Pinellas County. Chris Ingram, Dan Maduri, and Erik Kuselias were the only local radio station along the I-4 Corridor to record live from radio row. Each of the three hosts has brought on guests from the Summit and will continue to interview the movers and shakers of Florida’s Republican Party throughout.
With Thursday night’s Fox News Republican Gubernatorial Debate the headline of the event, all eyes are on the Florida gubernatorial race, a Republican contest between DeSantis and Putnam that could go down to the last minute in advance of the August 26 primaries in the state of Florida. The two frontrunners as well as the rest of the Republican contingent in the race will be there for the debate, and Your Conversation Station will be at the Summit for all the political movement and action.
All three shows will be live on Friday from the Summit as well. The Chris Ingram Show runs weekday mornings from 10-noon. The Erik Kuselias Show runs from 1-3 PM, followed by Florida Live with Dan Maduri from 3-6 PM. All three will feature guests from the summit as well as journalists covering the event and some of Florida’s conservative thought leaders.
