TAMPA, Fla. June 21, 2018 — ChappellRoberts, the agency of record for notable clients such as Florida Cancer Specialists, PSCU, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and ZooTampa at Lowry Park, has grown its team by promoting current employees as well as adding new members.
The Ybor City-based agency promoted Anne Myers to senior account executive and Tommy Eliason to junior art director, and hired Morgan Baruth, digital media buyer, Pat Floyd, art director, and Aaren Field, office relations specialist.

Promoted to senior account executive, Anne Myers will leverage her extensive experience to provide strategic counsel and leadership across her accounts in real estate development and nonprofit industries. In addition, she will expand her responsibilities within the ChappellRoberts research division. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Myers possesses a strong background in corporate marketing, research and data analysis. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tampa and a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida. In addition, Myers serves as VP of Communications on the board of the American Marketing Association Tampa Bay. Myers also holds a committee leadership role within the Junior League of Tampa.
Tommy Eliason was promoted to junior art director. In his new role, he will directly oversee visual aspects of client advertising and media campaigns. Leveraging his passion for design and photography, Eliason uses his craft to bring brand stories to life through visual elements. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and advertising from the University of South Florida. Eliason is actively involved in Ad 2 Tampa Bay, where he contributes to the overall branding of the organization through his skills in print, social, digital, web and photography. He also is skilled in portrait photography.
With a strong portfolio of digital media buying experience, Morgan Baruth has worked with clients across diverse industries, from healthcare to higher education to real estate development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of South Florida. In her digital media buyer role, Baruth will create high impact and results-driven digital media strategies and campaigns. Her client roster will include ZooTampa, Newland Communities and Florida Cancer Specialists. Baruth is an active member of Ad 2 Tampa Bay, working diligently with its public service team’s recent “Her Tomorrow” campaign for Alpha House of Pinellas.
Pat Floyd joins ChappellRoberts as an art director. In his new role, he will focus on traditional and digital creative strategies for agency clients including ZooTampa, South Florida Museum and Florida Hospital. With more than 13 years of advertising agency experience, Floyd developed award-winning campaigns and creative concepts for brands such as Sweetwater Organics, ZooTampa and Bank of Tampa. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida.
Aaren Field was named office relations specialist. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Field’s experience includes administrative support in the legal, academic and hospitality industries. As office relations specialist, Field plays a key role in supporting the entire agency and operations team and keeping the agency running efficiently for its valued partners and clients.
