The awards were presented at the Second Annual HCA Graduate Medical Education Research Poster Exhibition at University of South Florida, CAMLS (Center for Advanced Learning and Simulation). Each of the HCA West Florida GME hospitals presented research posters showcasing the great research, scholarly activity, and quality initiatives being performed by the residents and fellows across all GME programs in HCA West Florida. The distinguished panel selected one winning research poster in each of three categories: Inter-professional, Patient Safety & Quality, and Scientific. The People’s Choice Award was also given by popular vote of all attendees.
