Oak Hill Hospital to Hold Community Hands-Only CPR Demonstration and Water Safety Training

Spring Hill, Florida (June 19, 2018) – Oak Hill Hospital to offer a free Community Hands-Only CPR Demonstration and Water Safety Training program on Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at the Oak Hill Hospital GME Conference Center, 11307 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34613.  There will be three sessions:  9 am to 10 am, 10 am to 11 am, and 11 am to 12 pm.

All ages are welcome!  Registration as a family is encouraged, especially those families with young children.

The training program will feature the Goodrich family, who will share how CPR basics saved their son, Braxton, during a near drowning.

There will be an attendee chance drawing for swim lessons with the Hernando County YMCA and Aqua Minnies.

The program is sponsored by Oak Hill Hospital Pediatric ER with additional trainers provided by Citrus Memorial Hospital.  No CPR certifications will be awarded.  For more information about the program itself, call (352) 597-6317.
