Winter Garden, Fla.– M/I Homes has opened a furnished and decorated single-family model home at Heritage at Plant Street their new community within walking distance of historic downtown Winter Garden.
David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes, said the two-story, 3,032 square foot Dorchester model with four-bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms showcases the latest trends in new home design put together by the team at M/I’s design center.
Priced starting from $431,990, the Dorchester offers a huge master suite downstairs with two large walk-in closets, upstairs loft, and formal dining area adjacent to the large open concept living area. The wide open island kitchen boasts abundant counter space, and 8-foot triple sliding glass doors lead to the lanai.
The flexible Dorchester is designed to offer several modifications like two master suites, an additional bathroom and a second floor balcony off the loft. It’s one of the homebuilder’s most popular plans for young families and multi-generational households.
There are dozens of M/I Homes designs that have built-in architectural options homebuyers can use to customize a home to suit their lifestyle.
At Heritage at Plant Street M/I Homes is building 43 high-end townhomes priced from the $280,000s and 41 single-family homes from the $360,000s, Byrnes said.
The community at East Plant and East Newell Streets will include its own centralized recreation area with a pool and cabana, along with pedestrian walkways and shared open spaces throughout the development.
Heritage at Plant Street is adjacent to West Orange Trail the 22-mile multi purpose recreational greenway that runs through historic downtown with its cafés, shops, galleries, museums, restaurants and theatre, all within walking distance.
