
Hudson, Florida (May 24, 2018) – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point proudly announces that its Volunteer Association, in conjunction with the Suncoast Health & Education Foundation, recently presented six $2,000 scholarships to graduating seniors in Pasco County. The scholarships were presented by the Volunteer Association Scholarship Committee at a reception on Saturday, May 9.
The scholarship recipients are as follows:
- Ryan Aing
- Michaela Barney
- Anna Boglino
- Brennon Chruscial
- Luke Detlor
- Marissa Sanders
The six recipients all happen to be teen volunteers at Bayonet Point. In presenting the scholarships, Director of Volunteer & Pastoral Care, Donna Owen, said, “What exceptional young men and women we have here volunteering at our hospital. They all demonstrate not only academic excellence but also a kind and generous spirit and a desire to serve and inspire others. We at Bayonet Point and the Volunteer Association thank you for your dedication to serving our patients, families, and staff and we wish you success in all your future endeavors.”
