TAMPA, FL (May 9, 2018) – CoreLife Eatery (“CoreLife”) recently announced plans to open its first Florida location in the Palms of Carrollwood shopping center, located at Fletcher Avenue and N Dale Mabry Highway, in the sought after Carrollwood area of Tampa, FL. Plans for the eatery include 3,000 square feet of space with a covered patio seating area, and CoreLife anticipates a summer 2018 opening.
Jannie DelRio, President of NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Landlord in the transaction. “We are pleased that CoreLife chose the Carrollwood area for their flagship Florida presence. Prominently situated adjacent to The Fresh Market, and surrounded by other organic grocers in the area, will appeal to their customer base as discerning consumers continue to seek out healthy eating alternatives,” said DelRio.
CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 locations, including both corporate and franchise restaurants, nationwide over the next five years.
