
MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – Evolve Business Consulting, a Manatee-based business coaching and customer-service training agency, recently launched in Manatee County.
Led by president and founder Jaime Marco, the firm offers sales and customer service training, leadership development, business coaching and keynote presentations. Marco’s current and past clients include University of Phoenix, AT&T, Weight Watchers, Protect America, The Jackman Group, Next Level Sales Training, Intel, Hawaii Gas and Atlas Insurance, among others.
Evolve Business Consulting works with executives and the management teams within health care, higher education institutions, financial institutions, real estate agencies, law firms, insurance agencies and myriad other organizations to complement the company’s corporate culture and enhance programs currently in place.

Marco is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications.
Over the last 15 years, she has worked with numerous companies and organizations to instill change, facilitate an increase in customer satisfaction, grow customer bases, advance team members, train leadership and increase and solidify brand awareness.
Marco grew up in Sarasota and graduated from Riverview High School. Previously, she has worked as a social host for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Marco has also served as a national real estate sales trainer and as the director of talent management for SAC Wireless, a Chicago-based Nokia Company. She is a certified DISC trainer.
Marco lives in Manatee County with her husband and daughter and is the education coordinator for the Business Focus Chapter Business Network International (BNI) of Southwest Florida. She is also a member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.
