TAMPA, Fla., April 16, 2018- High Risk Hope (HRH) will partner with Hyde Park Village for Give Day Tampa Bay on May 1, 2018 for the fourth consecutive year. Over 25 stores will offer discounts and raffles to supporters on May 1 who donate a minimum of $25 to HRH between April 17 and May 1. HRH is thrilled to announce that we have secured $22,000 in matching donations to HRH for Give Day Tampa Bay by a generous group of donors. HRH raised $80,000 last year from over 300 donors and hopes to exceed that number this year. Funds raised during Give Day Tampa Bay will enable HRH to provide support services to 300 pregnant women on hospital bed rest and 1,000 premature babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in this community.
HRH also has family-friendly events planned in Hyde Park Village on May 1. Join HRH for a free story time at 9:30 am in the village circle with a reading of The Spiffiest Giant, where our youngest philanthropists will learn about giving back. Make a flower crown and dance around the maypole with our special princess appearance at 10:30 am. Join us at 3:30 for a sweet treat and pop up guest.
