Tampa, FL – Phil-Com, LLC, a Florida-based company that serves nonprofits, is producing a one-day educational and networking conference for nonprofit fundraisers and boards of directors in Tampa on May 4, 2018. The NPInfusion conference was originally planned for September 2017, but was postponed due to Hurricane Irma.
“Nonprofit organizations make a difference in the world. They serve those in need, provide medical care to people without affordable access, and bring art and beauty to our communities. How do they do it; how do they fund their work? What fundraising methods bring in the most ‘bang for the buck’?” asked Tracy Vanderneck, President of Phil-Com. “At NPInfusion, fundraising professionals will discover new techniques, learn how to refresh proven methods, and network with talented industry peers.”
Presenters will delve into a range of topics, including: using impact to tell nonprofits’ stories, winning competitive grants, how to take advantage of microdonations and round-up donations, as well as how to have thriving donor relationships in a crowdfunding model.
Keynote speaker, Risa Ward, is VP Partnerships for DonorsChoose.org. DonorsChoose.org recently received a $29 million donation to fund every single school classroom project listed on their site. Risa will give attendees some insights about how DonorsChoose.org works with its donors to fund important projects.
