Local Attorney Launches Harbor Strides Running Training Program

Attorney Jen Bumbalough decided to leave the daily rigors of practicing law in favor of her true passion in life…running. Over her fifteen year legal career, it was running that provided Jen with the most fulfillment. “Running has changed my life and I want to offer others the tools to help change their lives through running” said Bumbalough.

Jen is an accomplished distance runner with extensive coaching through her local running group, Tampa Bay Fit. Her running resume is impressive, 19 marathons, 48 half-marathons and 173 total races. She credits the New York City Marathon, Big Sur Marathon and the Gasparilla Distance Classic as her top race experiences.

Bumbalough recently launched Harbor Strides which offers custom training plans, virtual individual coaching, and seminars for corporate teams and wellness programs. Harbor Strides also offers virtual coaching for amateur and recreational runners and walkers for race distances from 5K to 50K, base-building, recovery and general training. Harbor Strides provides fully customized training plans through the online tool and mobile app VDOT O2. A coach is available to communicate with by email, phone, video chat, Facebook and text messaging.

Harbor Strides has secured its first clients and has received a numerous requests for training and coaching. Bumbalough is overwhelmed with the response to Harbor Strides and is excited to share her passion for running with her clients.
