TAMPA, Fla. (March 1, 2018) – GTE Financial, one of Florida’s largest credit unions, is proud to announce the promotions of three of its dedicated and committed internal staff members. Each of the individuals promoted has been with the credit union for more than 10 years. They have demonstrated leadership and have played a pivotal role in elevating the cooperative’s standards and operations.
“Throughout the years, all three executives have been devoted to bringing the best banking experience to our membership,” said Brian Best, president and CEO of GTE Financial. “They have been advocates for the credit union and we are all proud of their continuous accomplishments.”
Kyle Donovan has been promoted to vice president of operations. He started with GTE Financial in 2003 as a teller and eventually moved into the IT department in 2006 as a network support specialist. In 2012, Kyle was promoted to assistant vice president of technology solutions, where he oversaw the program management, business systems analysts and IT support teams. In his new role, Kyle will lead the efforts of implementing operational strategies and objectives across multiple business units.
