A “once in a lifetime” dining experience is coming to the Ft. Harrison Hotel in Clearwater, FL at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 28th. The American Culinary Federation “Team USA” will hold a dinner to hone their skills for the upcoming “Culinary Olympics”. All proceeds will support the team as they practice and eventually travel to Erfurt, Germany to participate in the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA).
Three of the national team Chefs hail from the “Sunshine State” and with the combined skills of the eight-member team all attendees will enjoy a meal like no other perhaps in their lifetime. Our chapter’s purpose is the advancement of the culinary profession and culinary awareness through education and certification of the membership and close interaction with other local organizations.
