
TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 19, 2018) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel LLP today announced Tampa Attorney Jason Lambert has been named vice president of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Tampa Bay Chapter.
NARI is a nonprofit trade association representing professional remodeling contractors, product manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and industry suppliers and other related professionals. The Tampa chapter is the only chapter for NARI in the state of Florida.
An associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Lambert is an experienced civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on representing businesses in commercial and complex litigation, with an emphasis on the construction and real estate industries. He also advises contractors and subcontractors on business and contracting related issues.
Prior to beginning his law career, Lambert spent almost a decade working in the construction and development industry. He also founded several companies, two of which are still in operation today. The most well-known of the two was designed to help subcontractors navigate and comply with Florida’s construction lien laws.
Lambert is active in a variety of professional organizations and currently serves as the president of the Clearwater Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD). Additionally, he is the 6th Circuit Representative for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stetson University in DeLand and earned his juris doctor from Stetson’s College of Law in Gulfport.
