ST. PETERSBURG, FL (February 16, 2018) – Energize your wellness routine with a waterfront run tomorrow, February 17, to kick off this year’s Healthy St. Pete Fit City 5K on April 7 in North Straub Park.
What: Free kick-off and training runs for the Healthy St. Pete Fit City 5K
When: 8 a.m., tomorrow, February 17, 2018
Who: Deputy Mayor Dr. Kanika Tomalin, Kim Lehto of Healthy St. Pete and Ryan Jordan of St. Pete Run Fest
Where: Al Lang Park, 230 1st St. SE, on the grassy area near the stadium on Bay Shore Blvd.
Why: To jumpstart the Healthy St. Pete Fit City 5K on April 7, learn running basics from St. Pete Running Company, recovery and stretching exercises from Back 2 Normal, and provide training opportunities with self-paced, one-and three-mile runs.
