PRESENTED BY NOTED AUTHOR AND TALMUD SCHOLAR MAGGIE ANTON
The Tampa Ameet chapter of Hadassah is proud to invite the entire community to a special program “Talmud After Dark” on Wednesday, March 7 at 7 PM at Congregation Rodeph Sholom, 2713 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629,
The delightful irony of This book is that it shows readers how forward thinking the Rabbis were on the subject of sex by juxtaposing their centuries old views with the popular sayings from recent times.
As reviewed in the organization’s own Hadassah Magazine,
This delightful little gem of a book is recommended reading for any Jewish adult who has ever had or wanted to have sex. Non- Jews, too, will be fascinated, if not a bit envious learning about this aspect of our religion. Fifty Shades of Talmud gives us the skinny about “the how, when, where, and with whom” of sexual relations according to our Sages.
— Nancy Kalikow Maxwell, Hadassah Magazine
