Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) is offering a variety of classes in term IIB, an express mini-semester allowing students to complete coursework in half the time needed in a traditional semester. New and currently enrolled PHSC students interested in taking the accelerated express mini-term classes should register as soon as possible. Currently multiple sections of more than 20 classes, including courses in English, math, public speaking, history and the sciences are still available in the spring term IIB express mini-term, which begins Monday, March 12 and ends April 30.
For prospective students who may have missed enrollment deadlines to begin spring classes in early January, term IIB classes provide an opportunity to complete coursework this spring. The accelerated terms are also popular among students who want to fast-track completion of degree and certification programs.
Current students can register for term IIB classes online or from the PHSC mobile app. New students should apply online or visit an Admissions Office ASAP and meet with an academic advisor. Spring term IIB financial aid is available for eligible students. For financial aid and scholarship information, contact Jennifer Porter at porterj@phsc.edu or 727-816-3463.
For general information, visit phsc.edu, or contact the Student Affairs Office at a nearby PHSC location in Brooksville, Dade City, New Port Richey, Spring Hill or Wesley Chapel. Student Affairs office hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
PHSC will be closed for Spring Break March 5-11.
