7 pm, January 24 – 27, 2018 – Tampa, FL
TAMPA, FL (January 18, 2018) – The H.B. Plant High School Theatre Company (PTC) is thrilled to announce it will perform NOISES OFF January 24 – 27, 2018 at 7pm in the school auditorium.
Hailed by many as the funniest farce ever written, NOISES OFF! by British playwright Michael Frayn, presents a peek behind the curtain, as a cast of itinerant actors rehearse a flop, called Nothing’s On. Winner of the Tony Award and Drama Desk Award for Best Play, Frayn’s play-within-a-play, is a riotous romp, with doors slamming, characters tumbling, on-stage and backstage intrigue, and more sardines than one can shake a stick at.
The show is directed by Dan Franke and stars the best of the school’s young crop of talented Thespians. All that can go wrong, will go perfectly wrong, in the plot of this hilarious and classically comic play. Buy your tickets soon, and don’t miss the chance to spend an evening laughing with some of South Tampa’s finest young talent.
Tickets will be available online at https://www.showclix.com/event/noises-off
