Spring Hill, Florida (January 16, 2018) – Once again the Heart Institute at Oak Hill Hospital will present its very popular Heart Failure Symposium. The Symposium will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Silverthorn Country Club, 4550 Golf Club Lane, Brooksville, Florida 34609. This year’s symposium is entitled “Living With Heart Failure,” and will feature the expertise of two Oak Hill Hospital physicians: Mowaffak Atfeh, MD, board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and internal medicine; Salman Muddassir, MD, board certified in internal medicine.
This presentation is for those living with heart failure or who are at a high risk of having heart failure. In recognition of February as National Heart Failure Awareness Month, we celebrate the lives of those living with heart failure and their caregivers.
IN addition to their presentations, our board certified physicians will hold a question and answer session and the public is encouraged to prepare questions ahead of time.
