LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, sold 96 homes in November. The robust sales performance solidly puts the builder on track to break all previous year-end sales records.

Continuing a recent trend, communities in the builder’s south Sarasota County neighborhoods led in sales last month with 20 homes sold at Grand Palm, Neal Communities’ popular master-planned community in Venice, and 11 homes sold at Milano in Venice. Other notable neighborhoods included Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood with seven sales and FishHawk Ranch in Hillsborough County with six sales.
Neal Communities recently unveiled its elegant new facility, dubbed the Resort, at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club. The amenity center mimics the architectural style of the homes throughout the community, incorporating an archetypical Bermuda-style flair. The Resort includes a 2,283-square-foot clubhouse with restroom facilities, clubroom and café, which features a full-service kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, pantry, oven and sink for its residents to use. A luxurious spa and 3,302-square-foot pool area offers a lounge area with chairs and tables and a shaded tiki hut.
In Neal Communities’ south region, encompassing homes in Lee and Collier Counties, the builder sold 23 homes. Avalon of Naples, a multifamily community featuring luxury carriage home buildings, led with 15 sales. New buildings were recently released for sale at the community. Boasting preserve and water views, four new buildings are now available to potential homebuyers. With Coastal elevations, floor plans range from 1,339 to 1,725 square feet of living space, with two to three bedrooms and a one-car or two-car garage.
