Lakeland, FL — Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a Clinic employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Jessica Caughell, LPN – December
Jessica is a Senior Patient Financial Services (PFS) Representative who has worked at Watson Clinic for six years. She is considered a “go to” person and one of her department’s hardest working and dedicated employees. She assists everyone with a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
As PEER Award winner, Jessica received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa to acknowledge her contributions to the organization.
