ST. PETERSBURG, FL – St. Petersburg native and hospitality industry veteran Carolyn Tsourakis has been named General Manager of FarmTable Cucina located at Sundial in downtown St. Petersburg. With nearly 30 years of experience Tsourakis brings a wide range of experience to her new position.
In her role, Tsourakis will be responsible for all aspects of the customer dining experience at the newly-expanded, Italian-inspired restaurant developed by chef partners Michael Mina and Don Pintabona.

Prior to joining FarmTable Cucina, Tsourakis was the general manager at BellaBrava in St. Petersburg. She started her nearly decade-long tenure at the establishment as the beverage manager in 2008 and was promoted to GM in 2013. Under her leadership, Tsourakis helped lead the restaurant to unprecedented sales, growth and accolades.
Tsourakis began her career as a host at Outback Steakhouse. She has served as a corporate trainer for brands including Outback and Bonefish Grill, where she was also involved in product development and brand-building during the early days of the franchise.
Tsourakis, who began her duties in mid- November, replaces Justin Yu, who has been promoted to Operations Manager for the MINA Group in San Francisco.
