C’est La Vie Downtown Sarasota Celebrates 20-Year Anniversary!

Sarasota, FL (Sunday, December 3, 2017) – Geraldine and Christophe Coutelle, proprietors of C’est La Vie Restaurant & Bakery, announce the celebration of their 20-year anniversary in Downtown Sarasota. The Anniversary Dinner Celebration is on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 7pm at C’est La Vie Downtown Sarasota and is $35 per person plus tax. The Elegant French-Style Buffet Dinner Menu features Homemade Foie Gras, Assorted Verrines, Assorted Mini-Quiches, Salads, Salmon, meats, Charcuterie, French Cheeses with Housemade Breads, and Paté. Famous C’est la vie bite size fine desserts along with a glass of wine and a glass of Champagne to toast the celebration. There will also be an exciting raffle,with gift certificates, wines and champagne as well. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 941.906.9575.
 
C’est La Vie is an authentic French restaurant, bakery, and café located in downtown Sarasota. Christophe and Geraldine Coutelle created C’est La Vie Downtown Sarasota in 1997 after moving to the US that same year. Their second location, C’est La Vie Shoppes at UTC opened in September 2016 and is their first franchise. 
 
C’est La Vie Downtown Sarasota is an award-winning and popular location with indoor and outdoor dining, open on Monday and Tuesday from 7:30am-6pm (kitchen closes at 3pm), and Wednesday through Saturday 7:30am-9:30pm extending the evening hours to offer a traditional dinner from 5pm with a full wine list throughout the season. Dinner menu includes Coq au Vin, Magret de Canard, Moules Frites, Steak au Poivre, Sole Meunière, Lapin à la Moutarde, Steak Frites sauce au poivre, and more.
 
Praised by Condé Nast Traveler in 2016, C’est La Vie received national attention for its crêpes and fresh croissants. The Coutelle’s also own and operate another restaurant, Lolita Tartine, in the Rosemary District in downtown Sarasota. Lolita Tartine is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers an eclectic mix of small plates and hearty meals with French and Moroccan influences in a urban chic and casual atmosphere and is open Tuesday through Saturday 8:30am to 9:30pm.
