Tampa, FL – November 27, 2017 – Meridian Development Group acquired Buschwood Park One and Buschwood Park Two, totaling 171, 166 square feet of three story office space in the Carrollwood submarket. The firm will invest another $1 million to build a 2,000 sf tenant amenity center and café, and to upgrade indoor and outdoor common areas.
The planned tenant amenity center will be similar to one Meridian just completed at Meridian 589, its recently acquired and redeveloped office park also in Tampa. The amenity centers provide secure private meeting and collaborative group space available to tenants to reserve at no cost, adjacent to a new cafe.
Meridian’s subsidiary company, Meridian Management Group, will manage the property and oversee the improvements.
Meridian named Jim Moler and Deanna Beer with JLL the exclusive leasing agents for the property, which is currently 82% occupied. Just prior to the sale, Buschwood Park Two welcomed Pilgrim Quality Solutions, an IQVIA Company, which signed a new 18,000 sf lease.
