
SARASOTA, Fla. — Bradley W. Hogreve, a commercial and residential real estate attorney and shareholder with the law firm Kirk Pinkerton, PA in Sarasota, recently received his board recertification in real estate by The Florida Bar.
Board certification is the highest level of recognition a member of The Florida Bar Association can obtain.
With more than 30 years of legal experience, the Illinois native has been a board certified attorney for 25 years. Hogreve became a member of the Florida Bar Association in 1986. After practicing law in in Florida for five years, he was eligible to apply for the board certification examination in real estate and obtained certification with The Florida Bar that year. This is his fourth recertification in real estate since being first board certified in 2002.
Hogreve’s practice involves most aspects of commercial and residential real estate and the representation of financial institutions, including loan transactions, collections, foreclosures and workouts. His practice also includes the negotiation of commercial landlord and tenant transactions and the preparation of leases. Hogreve represents parties in the formation of various business entities and in the sale or acquisition of a business as well.
Hogreve has an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating, the highest rating designation available. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate in 1984 from the University of Tulsa.
