The new voice-activated system also allows you to set a court date to challenge a traffic citation without talking to a clerk.
Clerks are available to assist and to answer questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If the wait is long, you can request that a clerk call you back so you don’t waste time.
“We are constantly striving to provide our customers with the best possible service,” said Clerk of Court & Comptroller Pat Frank. “This new phone system will allow you to conduct your business with my office when it’s most convenient for you, the customer.”
Traffic tickets and other services, including reviewing court records, can be done online at hillsclerk.com 24 hours a day. The website was redesigned in March so it is optimized for mobile devices, including wait times for customer service counters and call-ahead seating.
