ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest negotiated seven industrial leases totaling 13,166 rentable square feet at Orlando’s South Park Business Center, 8600 Commodity Circle.
Tom R. Kelley, II, CCIM, a principal NAI Realvest and the leasing representative at the industrial center negotiated the transactions on behalf of the Miami-based landlord South Park, LLC.
Green Heart Smart Solutions, a new company out of Winter Garden leased unit 101 with 1,661 square feet; J1 Graphics, LLC, leased unit 140 with 2,099 square feet; The firm of Jackson & Magnolia, LLC leased unit 144 with 2,086 square feet; Conexsol Orlando, LLC, a solar energy equipment supplier, leased Unit 154 with 1,830 square feet. Unit 155 with 1,830 square feet was leased by Mission Pools, LLC, a custom pool builder and Unit 130 with 1,830 square feet was leased by The Escape Effect an Orlando interactive entertainment business.
Bruno Da Silva of MS Land & Building represented Green Heart; Chere Roane of Nicole Hudson Realty represented J1 Graphics; Sofia Bastardo of Top Housing Real Estate represented Conexol; Joey Lopez of Futura Real Estate represented Mission Pools; and Christian Wienker of Stix Commercial Group represented The Escape Effect.
Kelley also brokered a lease renewal for Xprex, LLC a company occupying 1,830 square feet at Unit 125.
