Pasco County Tax Collector’s Offices to Be Closed in Observation of Veterans Day

November 7, 2017 by Post

In honor of the men and women who have served our nation in the United States Armed Forces, the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office will be closed on Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11 in observation of Veterans Day.

“The brave men and women who have put on the uniform of any branch of our armed services deserve to be recognized for their military service,” states Tax Collector Mike Fasano. “So that our staff can celebrate this day with their families, many of them veterans themselves, our offices will be closed for the upcoming three-day weekend. I want to thank every person who did not flinch or falter when duty called them to protect our great nation. On behalf of our entire staff please accept our sincerest thanks for giving us the land of freedom and opportunity that we enjoy each and every day.”

The five tax collector locations in Pasco County will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, November 13 at 8:30 AM. For additional information about tax collector transactions that can be completed online please visit the tax collector’s website at www.pascotaxes.com
