Matt Armstrong has joined Stantec as a project manager in their Land Use Planning Group in our Tampa, Florida office. Due to his dual degrees, Armstrong brings nearly two decades of experience providing award-winning urban planning, land-use policy development, and architectural design services.
Most recently, Armstrong served as the Executive Planner for Pasco County Planning & Development where he managed the Long Range Planning Group to implement aspects of the County’s Comprehensive Plan.
