TAMPA, Fla. (October 30, 2017) – Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), which provides a data-based approach to menu pricing and optimization to leading restaurants worldwide, has promoted Jana Zschieschang, its President of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) to Chief Marketing Officer.
As CMO, Jana reports to RMS’ CEO, John Oakes, and is a member of the global leadership team, working closely with the Board and regional Managing Directors. She is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy and vision, and business development operations across all of RMS’ offices, which are in Tampa, Tokyo, Singapore, London and Paris.
As part of her new role, Jana manages RMS’ public relations initiatives, designs and coordinates promotional campaigns, devises strategies for driving sales growth, and oversees the creation of marketing materials to support new business development. Already, she is overseeing a significant rebrand for the company.
Jana started with RMS in 2011 as Managing Director of EMEA, and was most recently President of EMEA. She helped grow RMS from a single European office in Paris to a second office in London in 2014. Both offices now serve RMS’ clients across 26 countries in the EMEA region.

Prior to joining RMS, Jana was a VP with Barclays Investment Bank and a Business Development Manager for Corporate Accounts with the French caterer Elior.
Jana attended the University of Rostock in Germany and also received her Master of Business Administration from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
