Navigator’s Table Dinner Series Features Coastal Catches to Deep Sea Delicacies Nov. 6 at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel

Enjoy seafood appetizers to entrees paired with a signature cocktail and fine wines throughout the evening – Seating limited to 10 
Tampa, FL (Oct. 20, 2017) – Get ready to dive into a dining experience that will take your tastebuds on an exploration of coastal catches to deep sea delights during the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel’s inaugural Navigator’s Dinner Series.
This exclusive experience is available to just 10 diners. Guests will gather poolside at the hotel at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, for drinks and appetizers. The food, beverages and festivities continue in the hotel’s La Fuente Courtyard where chilled, freshly cracked seafood will be served. The final courses, including dessert, will be presented on the outdoor patio adjacent to Pelagia Trattoria.
The multi-course menu created by Pelagia Trattoria Executive Chef Brett Gardiner features caviar to Stone crabs and oysters to Opah.
Jim Bartholomay, general manager of the AAA Four-Diamond Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel, will greet guests and help guide them through their culinary journey that evening.
The featured “delicaseas” and paired beverages are as follows:
Poolside
Mote Marine and Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar, Hamachi Carpaccio and Hama Hama Oyster Crudo served with Cotes De Provence Sparkling Rosé 
La Fuente Courtyard
Florida Stone Crabs and Diver Scallops served with a featured cocktail
Pelagia Trattoria Patio
Pancetta Wrapped Lobster Medallions, Eastern Razor Clams, Seared Deepwater Opah Steak and Porcini-Dusted Bigeye Tuna served with Stag’s Leap “Karia” Chardonnay, Chateau St. Michelle Riesling, Hess Rosé and Boneshaker Zinfandel
