Record sponsorship and ticket sales put the Humane Society of Tampa Bay’s black-tie gala in position for success
TAMPA, FLA (October 9, 2017) – On Saturday, October 14, 2017, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay will host the 2017 Tuxes & Tails Fundraising Gala from 5:30pm to 12:00am at the Tampa Convention Center. With over 1,000 registered guests and more than 90 sponsors supporting the event, ‘Rio Carnaval’ is set to be the Society’s most successful endeavor to date.

EVENT SCHEDULE
5:30 – 7:30pm: Cocktail party, VIP Lounge, and silent auction featuring adoptable pets, entertainment, and complimentary beer and wine. VIP Lounge with open bar and special entertainment is available to $5,000+ event sponsors.
7:30pm – 9:30pm: Dinner, a high-energy show featuring Dorene Collier’s Event Show Productions, a Live Auction, and a runway show emceed by FOX 13 News’ Cynthia Smoot and Russell Rhodes, where adoptable pets take center stage.
9:30pm to 12:00am: After-party at The Landing with libations, dancing, Brazilian coffee, and complimentary cigars.
