Oscar Scherer State Park will once again host “Haunted Trails,” a frightfully fun family Halloween experience. The 5th Annual event is scheduled Friday and Saturday, October 20-21, 2017, from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
This year’s event features a winding Haunted Trail, a terrifying Haunted House, and a Trick or Treat Trail with candy and games for the younger or more cautious participants. Carnival games, food and refreshments will be available.
Oscar Scherer State Park is located at 1843 S. Tamiami Trail, Osprey, Florida 34229.
Tickets are limited and are available online only, at www.OSSPEvent.com. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. It is advised tickets be purchased early to avoid disappointment. For more information, please call (941) 483-5956.
The event will benefit Friends of Oscar Scherer Park, the Nokomis Volunteer Fire Department and the Osprey Nokomis Chamber of Commerce.
