The Tampa office of Fisher Phillips, LLP announced that Michael Bohling has joined as an associate. Fisher Phillips is a nationwide law firm focused on labor, employment, civil rights, employee benefits and immigration matters. Bohling focuses his practice on labor law, and handles employment matters as well.
Bohling earned experience as a summer associate at a boutique employment law firm in Tampa as well as a labor and employment legal assistant at a Syracuse, New York-based law firm. During law school, he worked exclusively on labor and employment matters for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has also gained labor relations experience as a Labor Relations Professional Intern with Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, and held additional labor-related intern positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, and L.M. Sessler Wrecking, Inc.
Bohling is admitted to The Florida Bar. He earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was a research assistant at the Notre Dame Law Library. Bohling earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
