Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Appoints Corey D. Campbell as Director of Medical Telemetry

Hudson, Florida (October 5, 2017) – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point is pleased to promote Corey D. Campbell, RN, BSN, as Director of Medical Telemetry. Mr. Campbell was promoted from his position as a staff RN staff educator and Co-Manager of Medical Telemetry. Mr. Campbell has served at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point since 2012 where he began as a nurse intern, participating in the training of new employees and other responsibilities. In 2015 he was appointed a Staff RN/Staff Educator to conduct staff education for the entire staff. During that time he was also awarded Employee of the Year for 2015.

 

Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Tampa where he is a member of the Phi Tau Kappa Honor Society. He received his Associate of Arts degree from Pasco Hernando State College, graduating with honors and also as a member of Phi Tau Kappa Honor Society.

 

Prior to attending nursing school Mr. Campbell proudly served in the United States Army on the Military Police Team and as a Squad Leader from 2001 to 2010.

 

He is currently enrolled in the Masters in Hospital Administration program at Western Governors University.
