Saturday November 4th from 10am – 4pm.
Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour returns for its 19th season! This year’s exciting inside /outside experience explores architectural diversity and showcases 11 homes spotlighting our urban rebirth and the phenomenon of living large in small spaces. Craftsman Bungalows, Tudor, Four Square and Mid-Century Modern homes are all featured. The tour additionally includes the neighborhoods first Public Art Installation of the Artist Enclave of Historic Kenwood and local artists with painted benches in the park!
Check in and registration begin at Seminole Park on the corner of 29th St N and 3rd Ave. N. Stroll or use the free continuous Trolleys which transport guests throughout the neighborhood to view the selected Tour Homes. Tickets are $20.00 and are available on line at www.bungalowfest.org, www.historickenwood.org, or at the Craftsman House Gallery at 2955 Central Avenue. Tickets are also available in Seminole Park on the day of the event.
BungalowFest drew over 850 visitors last year and the neighborhood is delighted to again welcome everyone to the beautiful brick lined streets of this uniquely significant area of St. Petersburg, which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Bring your family and your friends to experience this eclectic arts filled neighborhood encompassing 375 acres adjacent to downtown situated between 1stAve. North and 9th Ave. North and between 19Th St North and 34 St. North.
