Monroe Commons, with 95 new home sites, will feature six new home designs in the homebuilder’s Park and Garden Series. Pulte will begin pre-selling the new homes in October and anticipates the grand opening of two new models, the Clearview and the Sienna, in January.

Every Pulte home includes a 10-year transferrable limited structural warranty.
On more than 2,400 acres just north of Tampa, and adjacent to the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve, Starkey Ranch keeps residents surrounded by nature, yet close to life’s modern comforts.
