TAMPA, Fla. – Smart Healthy Living and Belle Ame Day SPA are hosting an event on Oct. 7 guaranteed to inspire men and women to live a vibrant life and learns ways to relieve their Hurricane Irma stress.
A team of dynamic wellness professionals will instruct participants on focus and determination, essential oils, wholeness and better health, root cause resolutions, and a full-body workout plan. The conference takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa, Suncoast Parkway, 2155 Northpointe Parkway, Lutz, Fla. Speakers will give advice on how to energize a new outlook and address financial, emotional and physical stress due to the hurricane.
Attendees also will enjoy prizes, music, food and health screenings. They can gather health tips from vendors and exhibitors. Participants will have the opportunity to talk with speakers and exhibitors. Speakers include Sara Im, owner of Smart Healthy Living and author of How I Survived the Killing Fields: A Story of Hope, Love and Determination; Dr. Pamela Paul, psychotherapist and wellness coach; Kim Jansen, certified natural health professional; Arielle Giordano, author and certified Essentrics instructor; Sue Heath, essential oils teacher and advocate; and Debbie Hutchinson, functional nutritionist.
