The Warehouse Arts District Association, Inc. is hosting a meet & greet followed by a panel discussion by several local interior designers on Wednesday, October 25, 6-8 p.m. at the new ArtsXchange, 515 22nd Street S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. There is ample free parking.
The event will begin with an opportunity for WADA artists to meet and mingle with local interior designers. Following introductions, there will be a panel discussion by the designers about the kinds of art they look for when staging or buying for their clients, their process for selecting art, and general contract issues involving the purchase and consignment of art. The confirmed panelists are: Michelle Jenkins, Robert Henry, Amanda McMahon and Tim Huff.
This seminar is free for current members of the Warehouse Arts District Association. For non-members, the cost is $25 and will be applied toward membership fees for those who would like to join. Light refreshments will be provided.
