DETAILS: As a prelude to the International Day of Peace (which is Sept. 21), the public is invited to:
- 10 to 11:30 a.m.: Prayers for mankind and the oneness of humanity; meditation session using recorded inspiration from Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey
- 3 to 4:30 p.m.: Drumming circle – Building community through rhythm. Drumming has been found to create a sense of connectedness with others and enhance wellness, integrating mind, body and spirit.
Adults and children are welcome to this free event.
