Gov. Rick Scott recently announced the reappointment of Marilyn Pearson-Adams to the Pasco-Hernando State College District Board of Trustees.
Pearson-Adams, 61, of Brooksville, is the president of Century 21 Alliance Realty. She is vice chair of the board for the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce and is a former board member of the Pasco Hernando Workforce Board. Pearson-Adams has served on several professional committees and organizations, and holds relevant real estate industry certifications.
“We are very pleased by the reappointment of Marilyn Pearson-Adams to the PHSC District Board of Trustees,” said Timothy L. Beard, Ph.D., PHSC president. “As a loyal trustee to the college since 2014, her leadership has had a positive impact on PHSC.”
Pearson-Adams is reappointed for a term beginning August 21, 2017, and ending May 31, 2021. This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
