SARASOTA/BRADENTON, FL – For the third year, Goodwill Manasota and 92.1 CTQ are partnering for “Young Guns of Country,” a free concert featuring some of country music’s hottest young acts, on Tuesday, September 12 at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall (777 N. Tamiami Tr., Sarasota). Rising stars Easton Corbin, Midland, and Walker McGuire are scheduled to take the stage.
Major sponsor for this show is Sean McCutcheon’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Doors open at 6 p.m.; show begins at 7 p.m.
“We would definitely encourage the community not to miss the Young Guns of Country concert,” said Lulu of ‘Maverick & Lulu in the Morning’ on 92.1 CTQ. “This event offers people the opportunity to say, ‘I got to see them – for free – just before they got their big break!’ We’re honored to have Goodwill Manasota as our partner in presenting this exciting show.”
“We are very grateful for the ongoing support of 92.1 CTQ’s Maverick and Lulu, and iHeart Media,” added Goodwill Manasota vice president Veronica Brandon Miller. “This concert provides us with a wonderful opportunity to work with a trusted community partner to bring our organization to the attention of potential new friends. We encourage local country music fans to experience the fun of shopping at Goodwill before the concert – they just might find the perfect cowboy hat or boots to wear to the show!”
