
Stetson University College of Law student Hannah Wittmer, recently completed a two and a half-month summer internship with the Sarasota law firm of Syprett, Meshad, Resnick, Lieb, Dumbaugh, Jones, Krotec & Westheimer, P.A. The daughter of local attorney Steve Wittmer and Special Magistrate Meg Wittmer, Ms. Wittmer was raised in Sarasota and is a 2012 alumna of Riverview High School’s International Baccalaureate program.
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with everyone at Syprett Meshad,” Ms. Wittmer said. “I love the environment of the firm, the people are amazing, and my internship gave me the opportunity to experience the full breadth of what a full-service law firm can offer to clients.” She returns to the Stetson campus in St. Petersburg in mid-August to begin her second year of law school.
Ms. Wittmer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations, graduating in 2016 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. While at Southern Methodist, Ms. Wittmer was selected to work with the Academy of Country Music, assisting as a backstage talent handler during its prestigious annual Country Music Awards, televised nationally on television.
