The Graham is located adjacent to Gracepoint’s campus in Tampa’s Seminole Heights East Neighborhood, and features ninety (90) one-bedroom/one-bath units and two bedroom/two bath units situated on a 4+ acre site. Additional amenities include a gym, library, beauty-salon, commercial kitchen, dining area that seats 60, clubroom, bocce court, large veranda, and 8k+ sf of administrative space occupied by Gracepoint and used to provide permanent supportive services to the residents.

The units are targeted to eligible persons who qualify as “at risk” homeless and/or seniors whose incomes qualify as “very-low” under HUD limits (60% of Area Median Income (“AMI”) or less).
