WC Assets Sells Off Prime South Tampa Redevelopment at 100% Occupancy

TAMPA, FLORIDA, July 26, 2017 – WC Assets, a real estate redevelopment firm, announces the sale of another South Tampa redevelopment project: Vista Gardens.

Kurt Westfield, managing partner of The WC Companies – a real estate investment services firm, which is the parent organization of WC Assets – oversaw the construction and leasing of the project, while providing exclusive marketing and brokerage rights to Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada.

Vista Gardens is a 20-Unit multifamily community located at 3809 West Iowa Street in Tampa, Florida. The property consists of one, two-story residential building. Significant improvements included new interior upgrades to flooring and kitchens, new iron fencing around the perimeter, sealant and new exterior paint, new landscaping and irrigation, a laundry facility, and more.
