TAMPA, Fla. — Centex Homes will host a grand opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 29 at Magnolia Park, its gated community located just east of Tampa off Falkenburg Road in Riverview.
Sean Strickler, West Florida Division President, said the homebuilder already sold 22 townhomes before the unveiling of the new model. The event will feature tours of the furnished and decorated Fraser model townhome along with music, dessert trays and light refreshments.
Strickler said the Fraser offers 1,549 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath plus a second-floor loft, priced from $168,990 with a one-car garage.
Magnolia Park offers low-maintenance, including lawn care and there is gated access at all entries, Strickler said.
Centex is building its final phase of new townhomes along with its final phase of one and two-story single-family homes at Magnolia Park in 10 consumer-inspired floor plans. Special features include open island kitchens plus a wide range of options.
New three to seven bedroom single-family homes at Magnolia Park range in size from 1,565 square feet of living space to more than 3,000 square feet with two-car garages.
Convenient to downtown Tampa and MacDill Air Force Base, Magnolia Park features three tropical pools and cabanas along with two children’s playgrounds, a splash pad, a basketball court, private parks and wetland preserves.
