Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch, remains one of the builder’s fastest selling communities, with 12 sales in the past six weeks. Closing out the original Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, Neal Signature Homes is the last new home builder offering new construction. Only three opportunities remain for buyers looking to build new in the private and gated golf course community.
The builder recently unveiled four distinctive new floor plans at Provence, its newest community in Sarasota, and will soon sell out The Inlets, a waterfront community in Manatee County, with only three home sites remaining.
