LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Home sales sizzled in June for southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), marking its best month so far in 2017 with 116 sales and bringing its yearly total to 640 sales.
The Lakewood Ranch-based builder’s popular Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood saw 11 sales. With five new models unveiled recently, the country club community also had increased visitor traffic. A new resort-style amenity with a new wellness center, pool, spa and tiki bar will open for homeowners later this month. Homebuyers can choose from plans from Neal Communities and Neal Signature Homes, ranging from vacation villas to custom estates.
Situated along Whitfield Avenue and Tuttle Avenue between Sarasota and Bradenton, Magnolia Point, an intimate neighborhood, notched eight sales last month. Home sites offer preserve and lake views. A variety of home designs and floor plans are available, featuring three to four bedrooms, two to three baths, two-car garages and more.
Neal’s luxury custom homes division, Neal Signature Homes, was responsible for eight sales, including five in the prestigious Country Club East community. Built around lakes, nature preserves and an 18-hole Rick Robbins designed golf course, Country Club East offers resort-style living and features an impressive array of outdoor activities.
Neal Communities’ south region, which encompasses Lee and Collier Counties, saw 25 sales, including an impressive 12 at Watermark in Fort Myers. Inspired by the resort lifestyle of the Caribbean, Watermark is a friendly neighborhood with beautiful streetscapes and exquisite lake vistas. Residents enjoy a full amenity center including tennis, fitness center and a pool. Homebuyers have choices of single-family homes and paired villas for any lifestyle.
Several of the builder’s communities are close to selling out, including fully furnished models at Central Park in Lakewood Ranch and Windwood in Venice, Woodbrook in Sarasota with one move-in ready home and The Inlets in Bradenton with only two canal home sites left.
Its south region has only four home sites left in the popular Canopy community and five remaining opportunities in the custom-designed Reflection Lakes – both in Naples. Estero Place, a private, gated community in Estero, has nine sites remaining.
In June, Neal Communities also released a new final phase at The Ridge at Crossing Creek in Bradenton, and this month, the builder will unveil new models and a new entrance for Grand Palm, a master-planned community in Venice.
