Risdon Group, the award winning developers of Risdon on 5th residences,
recently unveiled their new campaign, “Live UP”. The campaign showcases the creative personalities that make the Rosemary District such a vibrant community.
Risdon on 5th, is currently being built in the heart of the Rosemary District. Developer Steve Bradley scoped out sites all throughout Sarasota, before falling in love with this neighborhood.
When asked about his thoughts on Live UP and the Rosemary District, Steve said, “Live Up is about the cool, creative people who live and work here. What we’re doing is place-making. The Rosemary District is already a great place, my hope is that Risdon on 5th will enhance what is already here.”
Live Up has told the stories of twelve people including Risdon on 5th’s own architect, Michael Halflants. Others include, Mandeville Beer Garden owner, Rebekah Mandeville, artist, Richie Brasil, Executive Director of ALSO Youth, Donna Hanley, and Canned Ham owner, Ashley Rodgers.
Live Up will continue to conduct interviews throughout the fall.
