Pinellas Trail Welcomes New Apartments

A new residential apartment complex located on the Pinellas Trail received final site approvals in May for construction. Pine Street Apartments, at the southwest corner of Pine and Safford, will consist of six apartments in two buildings, with units ranging from 936 to 1,206 sq. ft. The project is another step in the goal of increasing residential opportunities within walking distance of Downtown. |

![]() ![]() Fratello’s Pizzeria at the Docks recently opened at 459 Athens Street, and Ella’s Boutique opened its doors June 16 at 214 E. Tarpon Ave. Fratello’s offers hand tossed pizza, salad, sandwiches and more, including free delivery. Ella’s adds to the diversity of the retail offerings Downtown with women’s clothing and accessories. Stop in and welcome them to Tarpon Springs.
